Refund policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction with every Diptera product. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Returns are only eligible if all of the following are met:

-The item is in unused condition

-The item is returned with original packaging and all additional items (tags, stickers, inserts, etc.)

-A return request is submitted by email to diptera.clothing.supp@gmail.com within the 14-day period

-For defective products, items must still be returned in original packaging and may show only minimal signs of wear consistent with brief indoor testing

We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request if these conditions are not fully met or in cases of suspected abuse.

2. Return Shipping Costs

-If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

-If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part, we may cover the return shipping costs. However, we reserve the right to deny covering such costs at our sole discretion, without explanation.

3. Inspection & Refund Approval

Returned items are subject to inspection. Refunds are only issued if the return meets our conditions above. If an item shows signs of extended or outdoor use, or is returned in poor condition, we may refuse a refund.

4. Refund Timeline

If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not refund original shipping costs unless legally required.

5. Fraud or Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse service, returns, or refunds in cases of fraud, return abuse, or suspected bad faith behavior.
